and D Wide Z.E. can be fully recharged in one to two hours,
via a 150kW DCS Combo plug. For an overnight AC charging, it
takes twelve hours for a 300kWh battery.

    VW TRUCK & BUS UNIT

    TO BE RENAMED TRATON

Volkswagen Group will rename its truck and bus
division Traton Group as it prepares to raise funds
for a global expansion into commercial vehicles.

Volkswagen Truck & Bus is integrating the MAN
and Scania divisions and has taken a stake in U.S.
truck-maker Navistar to challenge rivals Daimler
and Volvo. The name change at Truck & Bus will
take effect by the third quarter of this year.
