development of citizen houses. They disseminate
information about the activities of the inclusion
programme in information events, including
with the help of interpreters or translations.

Starting independent cultural
activity is easy
New inhabitants of Rovaniemi have many ideas about
independent cultural activity. The obstacles for starting
the activity are often very small. Information, service
guidance or the support of a more experienced actor
may help people over the first threshold.
Proposals:
