Key Milestones

1986 	  The company Suomen Lomapörssi was established.
	       The name was later changed to Holiday Club Resorts Oy.
1998 	  Acquisition of Katinkulta.
1999 	  Acquisition of Kuusamon Tropiikki. Opening of Katinkulta spa hotel.
2000 	  Hotel expansion in Kuusamon Tropiikki. Acquisition of spa hotel in Tampere.
2001	   Acquisition of spa hotels: 1) Eden in Oulu and 2) in Saariselkä.
2003 	  Acquisition of spa hotel and conference center Caribia in Turku.
2004 	  Opening of a brand new spa hotel Holiday Club Åre in Sweden.
2005 	  London based private investor company London & Regional Properties
	       becomes majority owner of the company.
2006 	  Sale of Finnish spa hotel operations to S-Group.
2007 	  Holiday Club St. Petersburg sold to S-Group.
2008	   Ownership re-structure: London & Regional P	 roperties sold it’s stake to current owners.
2009 	  Holiday Club becomes the leading vacation ownership enterprise in Europe.
2010	   Construction of Holiday Club Saimaa spa hotel started, New product Holiday Club Villas launched.
2011 	  Purchase of the business of four spa hotels from S-group in Finland. Holiday Club
	       expansion to Gran Canaria: 5 new resorts. Opening of the new spa and hotel
	       resort Holiday Club Saimaa. Acquisition of Ylläs Saaga spa hotel.
2012 	  Renovation of 109 apartments in Puerto Calma, Gran Canaria. Opening Villas Katinkulta and
	       Kuusamo. Angry Birds Activity Parks in Kuusamo.
2013 	  New Angry Birds Activity Parks were opened in Kuusamo, Saariselkä, Saimaa and Puerto Rico
	       Gran Canary. New Shopping Center Capri and 1	 8-holes Golf Saimaa course were opened in
	       Saimaa. Opening of a golf course and O’Learys restaurant in Kuusamon Tropiikki.
	       High quality Villas apartments built in Katinkulta and Saimaa.
2014 	  Construction of high quality timeshare and Villas apartments in Katinkulta, Saimaa and 	
	       Kuusamon Tropiikki. Indian company Mahindra Holidays & Resortsista became a new owner.
